There are many weight loss plans out there. I have successfully lost 130 pounds and I am an IAOTH CPD certified nutritional therapist. However, very rarely unless you find someone into metaphysics will you find a plan that is truly holistic (although some try to claim they are), including physical, psychological (mental) and energetic/spiritual solutions.
