Ingredients
- 1 cup V-8 juice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 small apple diced
- 1/8 of orange, skin off
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Sprinkle nutmeg
Directions
- Pretty, easy, put all ingredients in the blender and blend until mixed and the apples are pulp. Enjoy your healthy harvest smoothie! 🍂 🍁
