Air is an important element that many people forget about as it is mostly invisible. You notice it on a hot day and the breeze comes in to cool you down, and when you hear it pass through the trees, rustling the leaves. However many times it is forgotten or passed over due to it being less visible. sylph, sylph, sylph
Intelligence and mental clarity
Air in most metaphysical literature is mentioned as being excellent to call upon when the user needs help with intelligence and mental clarity. There are references to the name “sylph” as one type of air elemental. In my grounding article I speak of mental clarity and how grounding can help with mental clarity and focus. In that process you use all 4 elements to achieve a grounded state. I’ve found a combination of fire and air can really aid in achieving mental clarity fast, but for sustained grounding and clarity I would recommend using all 4 elements in your visualization along with empathic clearing (article here). Feathers, birds, and other winged insects can also be signs or symbols for air.
Air elementals may also be part of the raising vibrations process.
Static Electricity
I did once see an image where an Air Elemental was pushing what looked like static electricity away and transforming it into some other energy that was less intense. Sometimes EMF, static electricity and radiation can create energetic blocks to be cleared during energy healing. Once a nurse who worked with large electronics for work felt significantly better once blocks due to EMF, static and radiation were removed during a theta session. Mood
Air elementals can also affect how a person feels as in the temperature of the room as well as mood. If you are comfortable with working on this plane, I’ve found sprites are some of the best for transforming the energy in a room or place into positive energy.
Other benefits
During a reading I asked those crossed over to show me how air elementals can help people depending on the level in their hierarchy. I received a vision of someone who looked like a sultan or king. When I asked how they can best help us if we were looking for aid I was shown many of the things you might guess, such as to cool a person’s temperature down, and to move negative energy particles in the air via wind.
Other benefits shown to me were removing negative energy from an area or person by carrying it elsewhere by dispersing it, healing, as well as carry clairaudient messages over distances. They showed me they have a role in lightning as well as receiving a few images of winged spiritual beings being a part of this group. Their group does like to party or have social occasions. Their energy can be used sometimes to lead people in another direction, remind them of something forgotten and to avoid danger. It has also been brought to my attention that they are one of the spiritual being types responsible for aid in sexual arousal, including some earth, and water beings.
When asking Jesus and my archangels about Air Elementals I received that they work with water a lot, which actually makes sense if you think about the cycle of water (water evaporating to the clouds, creating rain where it returns to earth, etc). I saw an image of wind currents and how they can influence what direction they can go around the world. They also showed me that they are in the cells of living beings and can fill in between the spaces of the organelles. They are also helpful in areas of love/romance healing and clairvoyance.
Higher level Air Elementals have shown themselves to me as Sultans, or can appear as other royal figures like Kings or Queens, and can be very good at helping with this plane.
