In a saucepan, combine the mustard powder, wasabi powder, salt, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, and honey. Mix well, then stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion and cilantro.
Place saucepan on the stovetop and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
In the last 30 minutes of the sauce simmering, cook your pork and chicken in a non stick pan until cooked through and brown on both sides. Ladle some of the sauce and coat in the pan, until fully coated.
Serve with rice, salad, or vegetables of your choice. Pictured here with cole slaw and salad.
