
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon basil, dried and minced
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 squeeze lemon
- 1 tbsp minced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425 F
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, ground lamb with parsley, onion, cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning. Shape into 16 meatballs, and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
- Cook 20 minutes. take out when no longer pink in the middle. Serve with veg, mashed potatoes, pasta or by itself!
