Turkey Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil, dried and minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 squeeze lemon
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 F
  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, ground lamb with parsley, onion, cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning. Shape into 16 meatballs, and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
  • Cook 20 minutes. take out when no longer pink in the middle. Serve with veg, mashed potatoes, pasta or by itself!
