Black Poui – Alchemy

Black Poui

Jacaranda mimnosifolia D.Don

Specimen sighted: San Diego, CA

Metaphysical attributes:*

Bark: Powder the bark first, pray over it once, put in your palm, visualize or say your desire, feel it in your heart, blow on it to spread in the air, ask God or the elders of the tree to help you with your desire/wish, say please and thank you.

A second ritual was shown, guides showed me a person raising their hands high in the air at night time during a Full moon, cupping water in their hands with a small piece of bark and a flower from the tree, bending down and releasing it into a stream to drift down the stream (has to be a moving and natural stream during a full moon). This ritual can be used for manifesting and giving thanks to anyone (crossed over, spirits, guides, nature, God, etc).

Leaves: Can be used, but not recommended as spirit says it can lead to mixed results.

Fruit/Nut: The pod shown in the picture sis not recommended for use, while it does have some positive alchemical, metaphysical properties guides again indicate it may lead to mixed results if not used by someone that knows what they are doing with rituals, alchemy.

Flower: Crush up a flower until it is slightly crushed but mostly whole, touch the flower to your tongue lightly, *not to ingest or swallow anything*, look up, close your eyes and ask for what you want, such as love, relationships, and health. End with Please and Thank you, Amen.

Elementals & Nature Spirits associated: Gnomes, sprites like the blooms a lot, some fairies, wood nymphs. Gnomes mostly.

Candle manifesting: They don’t recommend any, although I saw bark from the trunk flash up they didn’t recommend it.

Healing abilities:*

  • Poultice: *Can be made with the leaves, put on the skin in a poultice bag or thin cloth, they indicate physical healing here however per usual consult with a physician before using any natural ingredients for physical healing purposes. Poultice can be used for manifesting and other metaphysical purposes as well.
  • Powder: Powder of the bark was mentioned above. Do not ingest.
  • Tincture: Not recommended
  • Tea: Not recommended
  • Salve: Not recommended
