Grandma Norma’s Schaum Torte Recipe

Schaum Torte

Ingredients

• 6 egg whites
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until mixture holds its weight. Add vanilla, vinegar. Form into spring form band (pan), and bake 50–60 minutes. Serve with fruit and whipped cream.
