I’ll keep this nice and short. I receive many calls on clients asking if they should look up their ex on social media after they are done in the relationship. If the relationship is done, done, the answer from the guides is usually no.

Inevitably I hear about how he just posted a picture on Instagram or Facebook with a new woman, or at a party next to a woman as the temptation can be high. This can be very hurtful to see and easily avoided.

If you really are done, done with him, I would highly suggest for your own mental health and happiness to block, block, block. Do not look him up, do not think of him, truly move on and find your next bae.

For metaphysical reasons, it’s better for you also to move on to the next person (where is your energy focused?). For mental reasons it is better for you and your happiness to focus on someone else.
